MAKING SURE “HOUSTON’S FRONT DOOR” STAYED OPEN.
Move Resource Group was honored to be the move management firm for Greater Houston Partnership’s move to the new Partnership Tower. Greater Houston Partnership is Houston’s “front door” to the world, and settling them into their new offices was a tremendous responsibility. Our goal was to ensure as little downtime as possible so the organization could continue serving the business community without interruption. The story of how we accomplished this is outlined below.
Houston has always been a city of innovative leadership, rich diversity, and a welcoming spirit. Partnership Tower reflects those values by creating a dynamic space where global leaders can experience Houston from a unique perspective. Upon stepping off the elevator, visitors are welcomed by an interactive digital display that can be customized to greet guests, along with an Instagram Wall showcasing Houston’s people and landmarks. Guests can also step onto the 2,030-square-foot terrace on the ninth floor to enjoy panoramic views of downtown Houston and beyond. Every detail of the space was thoughtfully designed, from the acoustics throughout the offices to the “greater than” symbols incorporated into the glass panels.
As move managers for Greater Houston Partnership, Move Resource Group provided the planning, coordination, and oversight needed to deliver a smooth and stress-free relocation. The new office spans 50,000 square feet and was designed to accommodate approximately 120 employees. Our role was to minimize operational disruption and ensure employees were able to transition seamlessly into their new environment.
Our team had the opportunity to attend Media Day and the Member Open House to experience the completed space firsthand. We deeply appreciate Greater Houston Partnership’s commitment to supporting member businesses such as Move Resource Group. We are proud to have played a role in relocating Houston’s “front door” to its remarkable new home in Partnership Tower.
